RICORDO DTx PROEM
The development of PROMs.
The project RICORDO-PROEM: Rehabilitation Intervention of Cognitive Resources Domain-Oriented with Patient-Reported Outcome and Experience Measures, was created with the aim of enhancing RICORDO-DTx rehabilitation platform. Specifically, functions within it will be developed to increase personalization of therapy through greater patient involvement in their care.
Specifically, it is planned to digitize specific standardized and validated self-assessment questionnaires ("Patient-Reported Outcome Measures" - PROMs) such as, for example, measures assessing the level of perceived disability or quality of life in relation to one's health status, which will be identified after specific analysis by the Don Carlo Gnocchi Onlus Foundation.
The goal of the project is to have the data obtained from digital PROMs before the start of rehabilitation contribute to a profiling of the patient in accordance with his or her specific clinical care needs, so that therapy can be more precisely tailored.
The project will be implemented thanks to co-financing obtained by Astir under through the PNRR Cascade Call for Proposals within the Project "THE - Tuscany Health Ecosystem" - Spoke 10, coordinated by the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna of Pisa.
