Rehabilitation and interaction

The RICORDO platform facilitates the management of rehabilitation therapy by the clinician (physician and therapist) by allowing the therapy to be customized to the individual patient.
Thanks to the RICORDO APP, installed on his mobile device, the patient is guided and monitored step by step through the therapeutic path.
The development of services in Digital Therapeutics (DTx) mode within the RICORDO-DTx platform took place thanks to co-financing obtained by Astir under through the Tech Fast Lombardy Call for Proposals within the 2014-2020 European Regional Development Fund (ERDF ROP) Regional Operational Program.

Clinic-Domicile: Telerehabilitation (TR)

Digital Therapeutics (DTx)

• The Clinical Center prescribes and schedules the therapy and monitors its progress over time
• At home the patient carries out rehabilitation activities supported by the therapist or independently with individualized and adaptive approaches

• The doctor prescribes RICORDO app as rehabilitative therapy at recommended dosage
• The patient downloads the RICORDO app on mobile device and performs the therapy independently
