font-family: 'Montserrat'; font-size: 16px;\">The <b>SMART&amp;Touch-ID<\/b> project promotes the activities of a <b>virtuous territorial Hub<\/b> that can design and validate rehabilitative care pathways for chronic noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) through <b>innovative enabling technologies<\/b>, in response to the patient-citizen&#8217;s needs for well-being and personalization.<br>The goal is thus to create a rehabilitation HUB, a technological incubator, an aggregator of skills and professionalism, that supports the entire process of innovation, development of new technologies and evaluation of sustainability in the market: the SMART&amp;Touch-ID.<br><br><p>The technological development will be based on the needs of the ecosystem of patients, Public Administrations (PA) and territory, in a virtuous synergy between citizens, territory, specialists, doctors, public administration and industry in the circular definition of needs, functional requirements, enabling technologies and sustainability.<br><br><br>The project is fully part of the OMS\u2019s great challenge to promote mental health and well-being of patients with NCD who represent the second global health threat after environmental pollution and are responsible for about 70% of mortality in world, absorbing much of States&#8217; economic resources.<\/p><p>The initiative is a research project co-funded by the Lombardy Region, which Astir implements with a <b>partnership<\/b> of excellence:<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">FOUNDATION DON CARLO GNOCCHI<\/span><\/li><li><span
