padding-left: 15px; width: 300px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.astir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/ruota-reability.png\"><p><br><br>Thanks to a second research project, with neurologists and psychotherapists from the <b>Don Gnocchi Foundation<\/b>, consulting psychologists from Milan&#8217;s<b>Bicocca University<\/b> and home care experts from <b>Telbios<\/b>, we are perfecting the technological tools with which people perform rehabilitation while staying at home and clinicians follow up from specialized centers.<br><br><br><\/p><p>Astir has focused on the computerization of rehabilitation exercises developed by Don Gnocchi, so that patients can easily and immediately use them through a tablet <i>app<\/i>.<br><br><br><\/p><p>This cognitive gym has been t<u>ested with 50 patients<\/u> within the scientific research protocols of the projects mentioned.<\/p><p>The project was funded through the Regional Operational Program of the European Regional Development Fund POR 2014-2020 Action I.1.b.1.2<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ReAbilityPlatform for home-based cognitive rehabilitation With a research project co-funded by the Lombardy Region, together with companies of technological innovation, universities and clinical rehabilitation centers, we have developed a cognitive and behavioral home rehabilitation model for people with dementia.
